GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to PabloBear´s online Shop. Our terms and conditions apply to all your purchases and transactions with Pablobear.tictail.com and its sub-domains.

Please note, by placing an order with us you have automatically acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions. Therefore we recommend you read the following thoroughly before proceeding with your order:

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When Pablo Bear has received your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail listing all details of your order. Please check your confirmation carefully and make sure everything is stated correctly (such as size, colour, the article itself and your shipping address). Should you have any questions or objections, please contact us immediately.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Euro and include the German VAT at 19%. There are no extra charges except the shipping fee.

Pablo bear Shop gives you the following payment options:

- via PayPal

-via Credit cards, Visa, American Express, Mastercard trough Paypal.


SHIPPING

When payment is received and your order is ready for shipping, Pablo bear will send you a confirmation via e-mail.

You will find your receipt enclosed with the goods in your parcel.

Pablo Bear  strives towards having the shortest delivery time possible but please allow up to 5-10 working days for your order to arrive (provided the goods ordered are in stock).

Shipping cost are as follows:

Germany: 1,45 €
Rest of the world: 3,45 €
Rest of the world (secured): 5,60 €


If the order is lost during transport to you Pablo Bear is responsible for its charges incurred. The same applies should the goods arrive damaged - but you must notify us promptly within 7 days - otherwise we cannot accept your claim and you will be liable for all costs. (Please refer to chapter “Complaints” below).


ORDERS NOT PICKED UP OR UNDELIVERABLE

For order packages not being picked up by you as a customer or that are undeliverable please be advised we will have to charge you a handling fee of 30 Euros in order to cover our costs for processing, packing, shipping, return shipping, return processing and sorting the goods back into stock.


CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order right after having placed it, please contact us immediately on pabloientile@gmail.com , as we may be able to stop the delivery in time before your order is getting processed.

COMPLAINTS

Should you receive a defective product, you must promptly contact us within 7 days by e-mailing to pabloientile@gmail.com

In order to process your complaint as quickly as possible we would like to ask you to be as clear and precise as possible when describing the defect on the article. Please inform us if you prefer to have the goods exchanged or to receive a reimbursement of your money.

As soon as we have received, revised and approved your complaint, the exchange goods will be sent to you or your money will be deposited back into your account.

For all complaints, a careful investigation will be carried out regarding the status of the defective product - in some cases, we might need to contact our supplier for clarification. In that case please allow a little more time before we can exchange goods or return your money. We appreciate and thank you for your patience.


PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy very seriously - we never see your credit card information personally and exclusively use paypal to process your payment. 

Be assured all personal information saved at the site will be handled with utmost care and not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get our best service possible.
